TOPMAX – a New Dimension in Slab Formwork

TOPMAX is the world's first steel frame table form and has been especially developed and designed for the quick and cost-effective shuttering of large slab surfaces with regular ground plans and repetitive geometries. Its small number of components consisting of the TOPMAX frame, folding head and EUROPLUSnew props ensures straightforward preassembly so that it's quickly ready for action on the building site.

During shuttering and stripping, the electrically or manually operated carriage aids horizontal displacement. With the TOPMAX transfer fork, it is now possible for the first time to move 26 m² of table form surface with a single crane lift. Alternatively, the TOPMAX Lift is capable of significantly rationalizing construction processes in terms of valuable crane capacity.

The TOPMAX steel frame with its multifunctional connections facilitates shuttering and edge protection systems safely, efficiently and without nails. The same thing applies to adjustment areas, which can be filled with RASTO/TAKKO elements as part of a system or with squared timber holders.

TOPMAX is durable. This is made possible by its hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated steel frame with all-round edge protection combined with the proven ECOPLY Q plastic form lining. Time- and cost-intensive form lining replacement on the job is now a thing of the past.
